Job Descriptions

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and compliance guidelines and obligations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and disclosures for regulatory agencies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for directors, senior management, and external stakeholders on governance matters.
  • Communicates effectively and professionally on behalf of the organization, ensuring that the company’s messages and positions are clearly conveyed to the public, media, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal studies, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial role in the financial institution.
  • Previous experience in corporate governance, legal and compliance, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
